Program profile
The Postgraduate Studies Program of the Department of Computer Engineering of the Technological Educational Institute of Epirus offers high quality graduate level education in Computer and Network Engineering and equips its graduates with additional skills and competence in the application of modern technologies related to Computers and Networks to their professional work environment so as to become more competitive.

The curriculum of studies is structured on a 4-semester basis and leads to the award of a MSc in Computer and Network Engineering.

Both the curriculum of the program (modules/courses) and the additional forms of training provided to the graduate students (seminars by qualified teachers/researchers, conferences) are aimed at:
• expanding the field of knowledge of graduates and develop their research skills in scientific fields related to Computers and Networks.
• updating and strengthening the knowledge and skills of professionals already working in the field of Computer and Network Engineering in order to meet the challenges of a constantly evolving sector.

Admission requirements
Potential candidates for participating in the Postgraduate Studies Program Computer and Network Engineering are graduates in Physics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Informatics, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication and Networks, Electrical Engineering and other related disciplines, who received their degree from Greek Universities or related departments of Greek Technological Educational Institutes or foreign Institutions that are officially acknowledged by the Greek State.
Evaluation of Applications:
The selection of students is made by taking into account the following criteria:
– the grade of the first degree
– the grades in undergraduate courses related to the postgraduate studies program
– the performance in a dissertation, if applicable at undergraduate level
– the research experience of the candidate, if any
– the letters of recommendation
– the general ability of the candidates to attend the MSc and their ability to work independently in advanced research and development
– the personal interview
– the time since the last obtained degree.


Number of Admitted Students: max. 30 per year
